With the Guardian Medical Direction mobile app, you can start chats with your physicians, see notifications of physician assignments and document signature updates, and make a call to your clinical support team.

Step 1: Open the Apple App Store on your Apple Device or the Google Play Store on your Android device

Step 2: Type in “Guardian Medical Direction” in the search bar and look for the app with the following logo:

Step 3: Tap “Install”. If the app is already installed, you are all set!

Step 4: Once the app has successfully downloaded to your mobile device, tap the app to open it.

Step 5: Enter your username and password to log in to your GMD account From the home screen you can choose to view your profile, view notifications, start chats with your physician team, or call your clinical support team.
