You can contact your Collaborator by using the DocTalk feature included with the GuardianMD Platform. DocTalk is used to expedite messaging and to answer your clinical questions as quickly as possible. 

When you initiate a conversation through the platform or mobile app, you will be routed directly to DocTalk. Our clinical team can then respond in real-time to answer your questions and connect you with your medical director or collaborating physician. 

Step 1: 

• Log into your GuardianMD Portal using your User ID and password.

Step 2: 

• Click DocTalk on the left-hand menu bar of your Dashboard.

Step 3: 

• Here you will see a list of Active Conversations.
• You can also view past conversations by clicking on the Closed Conversations tab.
• To start a new conversation, click Start Conversation in the top right hand corner.

Step 4: 

• Fill out the information including what the communication is related to, the title, and the body of the message
• Select "DocTalk" from the physician dropdown box

Step 5: 

• Click Save Changes

• The conversation will be stored under the Active Conversations tab. 
• If you have allowed notifications on our mobile app, you will receive a notification when your physician responds.

Step 6: 

• To end a conversation, click the red End Chat symbol in the Active Conversations table next to the conversation you want to end.
• Click Yes.
