Protocol Documents Upload Walkthrough
Here is step-by-step instructions on how to upload protocol documents:
Step 1: Login into GuardianMD
To begin navigate to our Sign-In Portal by entering this URL in your web browser: https://portal.guardian-md.com/login
Step 2: Navigate to Documents menu
Click Documents from the left side menu.
Step 3: Upload Protocol Documents
From the Documents menu -> click Document -> then click Upload Protocol Document.
Step 4: Fill out Protocol Document details
- Select the Physician Name from the drop down.
- Select the Select Service for this protocol.
- You will see the appropriate Physician Roles for the selected Physician Name.
- Add a Description for this document.
- Upload the document by clicking or dragging in the Document section.
- Click Save Document.
So what happens next?
Now that you have uploaded your protocol document successfully, the assigned physician will receive your protocol document and review.
The physician can approve or reject the protocol document. You will be notified with the outcome.
