All users added in the platform must have a user license availabe. Users licenses can be added in the billing subscription section of your owner account. See screenshots below.
Above view will show you how many licenses your clinic has available.

How to add and delete users in GuardianMD v2?
In this article we will go through how to add Standard, Advanced and Non-Clinical Users in GuardianMD platform.
Step 1: Navigate to Manage Users
When we refer to Users we are referring to the employees within your Clinic. To add different types of users in GuardianMD, from your Dashboard navigate below and click menu option Manage Users.
You can see the total number of Advanced and Standard Users.
You can see which users you can manage once invitations are sent to users, accepted by the users via email and they create a GuardianMD account.
Step 2: Register User Invitations
- Click Register User Invitations in the Manage Users menu.
- Click Invite User green button.
- Within Invite User window type in; First Name, Last Name, Email Address and select the User License type from the drop-down menu.
- Verify all the information entered and then click Send Email.
- Notify your clinic-employee/user to check their email address for an email invitation in regards to "User registration request."
- Once clinic-employee/user has successfully registered for a GuardianMD account you should be able to see them in Manage Users.
This is how the user will register to create a new GuardianMD account
When the invited user is registering for a GuardianMD account please ensure the following information is correct:
- License Number
- Expiration Date of License
- Standard User License Type: LPN/RN, EMT/Paramedic or Esthetician
- Upload a valid copy of the License as a PDF file
When the invited user has successfully created a GuardianMD account they should be able to login and access Dashboard - Main home page:
Step 3: Register User Invitations - Actions
If you need to resend email invitations or cancel an invite please navigate to Actions:
- Navigate to your selected user then click Actions
- Select Resend Email when trying to resend and email invitation for the respective user.
- Select Cancel Invite when trying to cancel the email invitation for the respective user.
