GMD Connect - Viewing Patient Appointments and Clearance Form
Clinic Instructions
This document provides information relating to viewing telehealth appointments scheduled for your clinic.
GMD Connect: Navigation
As a clinic, you will need to login into your portal. Once you successfully log into the main dashboard, notice the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen. Please click 'Telemedicine" and select "Appointments" shown in the screenshot below.
Appointments Table: Explained
- Upon navigating to the appointments tab, notice the table presented on screen. This table provides you with key information for all telehealth visits scheduled with your clinics unique referral ID.
Appointment Table Columns
- Action: On the far left of the screen you will see the action button to download the patients clearance form as a pdf. This will be available once the telehealth visit has been conducted.
- Invoice Line Id: The invoice line Id is referenced when you're correlating the appointment charge with a specific patient.
- Provider: This will tell you which Guardian Medical Direction provider conducted the telehealth visit.
- Clearance Status: This will tell you whether the patient is pending, denied or approved for a procedure. More details about the decision can be found once you download the clearance form via the action column.
