You can schedule telehealth Good Faith Exams through our GuardianMD Connect platform. With GuardianMD Connect, one of our NPs will meet with your patient, ask all the clearance questions, and if they feel the client passes the exam they supply the clinic with a clearance form which can then be added to the patient's chart.
