What are credits?
Credits can be used for chart reviews (one credit per chart review). Credits do no expire and accumulate throughout the contract.
How do I get credits added to my account?
- 12 Credits are added monthly to all client accounts.
If you need more credits, you can purchase them by following the steps below:
Step 1:
- Log into your GuardianMD Portal using your User ID and password.
Step 2:
- Click Billing Details.
- In the drop-down menu, select Billing Dashboard.
Step 3:
- Click the Add Credit tab.
- You can either select the package or type in desired number of credits you would like to purchase.
Step 4:
- Click Buy and verify purchase.
- The credit on file will be charged.
NOTE: Credits are not used for any other document upload in the platform, including the following:
1. Documents requiring a signature.
2. Documents not requiring a signature
3. Protocol Documents.
