GMD EMR - Dashboard and Patient Management
This document provides an overview of the (EMR) system's dashboard and serves as a step-by-step guide for adding new patients. By following the instructions outlined here, you will gain a clear understanding of how to efficiently navigate the dashboard and manage patient information.
Your Dashboard
- To switch between different clinic locations, use the navigation menu located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Please note that only administrators can add new locations, which can be done through the Settings tab.
- From your dashboard, you have the ability to,
- Add a new patient
- Access an existing patient's record, or
- Continue working on draft notes.
- For those testing interoperability, a "Last Visited" date on a patient's record confirms that the process has been successfully completed.
Adding Patients
You can add patients from 2 locations: Your dashboard or the patients' tab.
- Each patient must have a unique email address
- To bulk add, use the "Add New Patient Roster on the Patients Tab. (Under development as of July 2024"
- Must be CSV or Excel format
- Must include: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Date of Birth, Gender, Social Security Number, Street Address, Street Address 2, City, States, Zip Code
- When testing interoperability, it may take approx 5-10 mins to rertrieve and display the relevant information for this patient
- A patient that has completed this cycle will show a full AI summary, with diagnoses, vaccines, and medications, eg:
