How To Sign up For the NEW Guardian EMR
1. First log into your clinic account from the Guardian Portal.
2. Click your profile in the Upper Righthand corner of your screen.
3. Click “GMD EMR”
Read the Information on the Screen
If you’d like to proceed with the sign-up then click ‘Click Here’
A Terms & Conditions window will appear.
If you’d like to proceed, Click the ‘Proceed’ Green Bubble
Select, Read, and Agree to the: ‘EMR System User Agreement’
Please do not exit until you see the status of that Agreement change to ‘Completed’
Once you have agreed to the "EMR System User Agreement", click ‘Proceed’ and you will be taken to a Confirmation page signifying your completion of the signup process.
Please make note of the Base Features included in this EMR before leaving the Confirmation page.
5. Once all steps have been completed, please allow 4-6 business days to receive your login credentials for the EMR.
