You can contact your Collaborator by using the Clinical Helpdesk feature included with the GuardianMD Platform. The Clinical Helpdesk is used to expedite messaging and to answer your clinical questions as quickly as possible.
When you initiate a conversation through the platform or mobile app, you will be routed directly to the Clinical Helpdesk. Our clinical team can then respond in real-time to answer your questions and connect you with your medical director or physician collaborator.
Step 1:
- Log into your GuardianMD Portal using your User ID and password.
Step 2:
- Click Conversations left-hand menu bar of your Dashboard.
Step 3:
- Here you will see a list of Active Conversations.
- You can also view past conversations by clicking on the Closed Conversations tab.
- To start a new conversation, click Request Conversation in the top right hand corner.
Step 4:
- Fill out the information including what the communication is related to, the title, and the body of the message
- Select "Clinical Helpdesk" from the physician dropdown box,
Step 5:
- Click Save Changes
- The conversation will be stored under the Active Conversations tab.
- If you have allowed notifications on our mobile app, you will receive a notification when your physician responds.
Step 6:
- To end a conversation, click the End Chat symbol in the Active Conversations table next to the conversation you want to end.
- Click Yes.
