Advanced Users and Standard Users

In this article we will walk you through step-by-step instructions on how to add additional Advanced Users and Standard Users



What are Advanced Users and Standard Users?


Advanced Users: 

  • An Advanced User is any user that has an advanced practice license, some examples include Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistants.
  • Every base plan comes with 1 Advanced User license. Additional licenses will incur a fee.

Standard Users: 

  • A Standard User is any clinician that is not considered advanced practice but holds a license with the state board such as LPN/RN, EMT/Paramedic or Esthetician.
  • Within the platform there are different Standard User License Type; LPN/RN, EMT/Paramedic, LPN/RN, EMT/Paramedic or Esthetician.



How to add Advanced/Standard users?


 

Here is step-by-step instructions on how to add additional Advanced and/or Standard Users


Step 1: Login into GuardianMD

To begin navigate to our Sign-In Portal by entering this URL in your web browser: https://portal.guardian-md.com/login


Step 2: Navigate to Billing Dashboard menu

Click Billing Dashboard from the left side menu.


Step 3: Navigate to Subscriptions

From the Billing Dashboard menu -> click Subscriptions -> navigate to the right hand corner for the Add More Users menu options.


Step 4: Select the appropriate Advanced/Standard users

Adding Advanced Users:

  1. Click the button + to start adding Advanced Users. 
    1. A window will pop up -> navigate to Buy New Advanced Users -> click on the to start adding desired number amount.
    2. You will see the total amount.
  2. Verify your info first, then click Preview.
  3. You will see Details -> Enter in the last four digits of your default credit card.
  4. Check the box to accept Plan Summary and agree with the charges.
  5. Click Confirm and Save.
    1. If you need to make changes to the number of New Advanced Users -> Click the Back button.

Adding Standard Users:

  1. Click the button + to start adding Standard Users. 
    1. A window will pop up -> navigate to Buy New Standard Users -> click on the to start adding desired number amount.
    2. You will see the total amount.
  2. Verify your info first, then click Preview.
  3. You will see Details -> Enter in the last four digits of your default credit card.
  4. Check the box to accept Plan Summary and agree with the charges.
